Quang Binh Hotels
The Quang Binh province is situated on the North Central Coast of Vietnam. Quang Binh is famous for the World Heritage site of Phong Nha-Ke Bang National Park. Apart from this World Heritage site, there are two industrial parks and one sea port. In the Vietnam War in the 1960’s, Quang Binh was devastated due to the B-52 bombings but since them much of this province has been restored.
The Quang Binh province has five major rivers offering game fishing, river rafting, canoeing etc. The rivers are Gianh River, Ron River, Nhat Le River, which is formed by the confluence of Long Dai and Kien Giang Rivers, Ly Hoa River and the Dinh River. Most of the rivers and small streams or tributaries in the picturesque landscape of Quang Binh originate from the Truong Son Mountain Ranges and they all flow into the South China Sea. Talking about natural wonders, Quang Binh has 160 natural as well as artificial lakes.
Quang Binh is a great tourist destination not only because of the beautiful landscape but also because of the four different seasons. Each season has its own charm like spring, which is from February to April; summer is from May to July, the rainy season that brings the temperature down and the winters when the temperature varies from 120C to 160C. The hottest months are from June till September and the maximum rainfall is recorded from September to November. Some of the major attractions in Quang Binh include the Ly Hoa, Da Nhay, and Nhat Le Beaches and the Ho Chi Minh Trail battlefield.
